Shipping Policy

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order online.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at customercare@werichmalaysia.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your items.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.

  • Refunds and Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
